The Group was founded in the year 2014, slowing growing to include  the GA Engineering Group (GA Scotland, GA Sliding Head, GA North West) with the Newcastle based firms MKW Group (MKW Engineering, Stargate Precision Engineering, TME Hydraulics) joining later in 2015 with testing and subsea specialist SengS joining in 2016.

This course of the growth expansion has empowered our key market proposition and shaped to be a strong platform for future growth.
