Wires taking from6-8 mass feeding section are passed through stretching and rubber-coating tool. Rubber-coated wires are held on reserving area for cooling down. Additionally it is proving regular motion at the coated area against to intermittent movement at the reserve winding area. Coating with different diameter and winding length can be provided only through exchange of mandrel group.
