Aerospace Series Male Rod Ends

Rod ends with external or male body threads, manufactured under the same quality and SPC systems as the military approved bearings. Many of these rod ends have been approved to individual customer specifications and or standards. Dimensions and configurations follow established industry conventions. The dimensions and materials of the ASM series are similar to those of SAE-AS81935/1 less PTFE liner. Products range in bore size from .1900 to 1 inch, with threads from 10-32 through 1 1/4"-12. Threads are rolled to appropriate classifications. All feature one-piece, full swage steel raceway construction. Series with PTFE lined raceways all feature Aurora’s proprietary AT 3200 liner system, fully qualified to AS81820 for smooth backlash-free fit. Total traceability is maintained through manufacturing up to and including shipping. In addition to catalog offerings, non-standard materials substitutions and dimensional modifications are possible, to meet specific customer application requirements.
