Introduction:

BAE Systems has secured $2.5 billion in contracts with the Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO) and the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) to expand the acquisition of CV9035MkIIIC combat vehicles.

Features: 

Denmark will acquire 115 new CV9035MkIIIC vehicles, while Sweden has committed to purchasing 50. Additionally, the agreement includes the supply of further vehicles for Ukraine, financed by both governments. 

These new vehicles will enhance the capabilities of the Swedish and Danish armed forces, offering improved situational awareness, greater mobility, better protection, and increased lethality for their crews.

The CV9035MkIIIC will feature the new CV90 turret, in line with the latest CV90 mid-life upgrade program for the Netherlands.
