Low Fragment ERA stands for a new generation of Explosive Reactive Armor (ERA) and incorporates state-of-the-art passive protection technology in combination with novel, composite explosive reactive armor that is proven to create significantly less hazardous fragments for dismounted infantry troops.

This new-generation extremely insensitive reactive armor offers a substantial increase in protection level for troops and equipment against shaped charge warheads of rocket-propelled grenades and blast as well as projectile forming explosive devices and IEDs.
