As part of the acquisition, Alytica founder and CEO, Marvin Schroeder, was named President of CieloGov, bringing nearly two decades of international and domestic federal defense and technology contracting expertise. Schroeder has prior experience as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at DynCorp International and Northrop Grumman's Director of Business Development for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where he focused on cyber security, sensor integration, C4ISR modernization and Aircraft MRO.
