(NYSE: HON) and Pratt & Whitney, a division of United Technologies Corporation (NYSE: UTX), was notified by the U.S. Army that it was not selected for the Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD) phase of the Improved Turbine Engine Program (ITEP).
