New Board of Directors at Association of Greek Aerospace Security & Defense Companies (EHEA)
Athens, June 6, 2018: An Extraordinary General Meeting of its members was held on Tuesday, May 22, 2018
Union of Greek Aerospace, Security & Defense Companies (Ε.Ε.Ε.Α.Α.). At outgoing President George Troulinos said that after a continuous term Eight (8) years in the Presidency of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Hellenic Federation of Electoral Committees, will not be a candidate for President of the Board. The election was then followed by the election of the new Board of Directors which, after being assembled into a body, is as follows:

The Hellenic Railway Station is a non-profit organization that represents the largest state and private domestic defense industries and aims to be strong and effective representation of its members in all institutions, state authorities and international institutions in the fields of aerospace, security and defense. OR Ε.Ε.Ε.Α.Α.Α. is a member - national representative in “AeroSpace and Defense Industries Association of Europe ”(ASD), which represents the industries in its field Aerospace and Defense at the European Defense Agency (EDA) and other institutions instruments and bodies with pan-European scope and action.
The new Board of Directors thanked the outgoing President, Mr. Troullinos, who significant and unshakable efforts made in cooperation with the BoD, contributed greatly to promote the interests of the Greek Defense Industries, including the international and domestic economic instability.
The new President of ELEAA Mr. Evangelos Veronikiatis, Patriarch (ea) of Air Force said:
"Amidst geopolitical tensions and challenges, in a fluid international environment and in a a period articularly critical to the economy of our country, it is undeniable that enhancing security and defense must be a top priority for Greek State, in order to protect national interests and its territorial integrity country.
The Greek Defense Industry is a factor of national strength and, as the country forms its new production model, it is crucial to support the coordinates o its extroversion, export and innovative character, for the benefit of the human being scientific potential and the national economy.
In view of the above, the new Board of Directors is determined to step up its cooperation with them competent state authorities to formulate and implement an ambitious national strategy that will strengthen the country's defense and security by harnessing and magnifying them domestic production capabilities of the Greek Defense Industry, but also where at the same time it will save valuable national resources.
At the same time, new initiatives for uniform and effective representation will be undertaken of the Greek Defense Industries in order to strengthen their international presence Presence and build a strong and competitive network of extroversion policies to meet international needs and create opportunities for like-minded cooperation links and industries of other countries. "
Finally, the new board is committed to continue to strive and cooperate in all of them levels to defend their interests and to solve their problems of the domestic defense industries.
