Its product range includes Accelerometer & G Sensors Tester, Tachometer Tester, Fuel Flow Tester, Calibrator and Gyro Turntable.

An Accelerometer & G tester verifies accelerometers, accelerometer cables, magnetic RPM sensor cables and CADU to DAU communication. Accelerometer & G Sensors Tester is precision engineered to provide accurate vibration signals to RADS-AT/AVA ensuring effective RT & B maintenance activities. Accelerometer & G Sensors Tester ensures accelerometer excitation of 3.75Hz/225 RPM for testing accelerometers at primary frequency. Accelerometer & G Sensors Tester is easy to handle.

Tachometer Tester

These tachometer testers are used to test and calibrate electrical and mechanical tachometer generators and indicators. These are precision engineered using sophisticated machinery. The tachometer tester operated using electrical power connection. An in built standard aircraft tachometer generator is used for tachometer tester indicators. A selector switch for selecting the speed indicator system and the output to indicators under test, to either the internal master generator or to the generator under test in the tachometer tester.

Fuel Flow Tester

The fuel flow tester UPR-4F is equivalent to Russian tester DRTS-30-1. This fuel flow tester is extensively used in MIG 29. The fuel flow tester is equipped with digital display and is easy to use. The design of this fuel flow tester is based on microprocessor with special software. These fuel flow testers are used in various applications like A) to measure various fuel flow systems and flow meters of MIG-21 series Aircraft, B) to check PICK-UPS (Transducers) type RTS-16A, RTS-30A, RTS-30, RTS30P, RTS20A and their respective INDICATORS, C) to test the indication instrument of differential flow meter. The fuel flow tester can diagnose any trouble with special indicators provided for faster rectification of the fault.

Calibrator

These calibrators are used to test and calibrate the pilot static equipment in various aircraft such as MIG-21, MIG-23, MIG-25, MIG-27, MIG-29, AN-32 and SU-30. Master calibrators include two kinds of tester’s like pitot static leak tester and pitot static tester. Calibrator is designed to test and calibrate the pilot static test equipment in lab and field conditions. In this calibrator inbuilt master digital pitot static parameters measurements systems like Airspeed. Calibrator comprises of accurate indicated airspeed, altitude, rate of climb, generator.

Gyro Turntable

Gyro turntable is manufactured in small lots and stored after thorough in process testing. This gyro turntable table has a 24’’ plate on top of it and it is modularity designed. Sigma electro systems offer service after sales.
