Cable assemblies

Sasmos Het Technologies Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer of cable assemblies meeting global quality expectations, in India. The company has the capability to design, engineer cable assemblies from scratch. We also have the capability to re-engineer the existing cable assemblies design to improve its quality or to reduce cost. We have produced environmental resistant cable assemblies and cable assemblies for high frequency low voltage signal applications. Also, assemblies meant for use in high EMI field and for external usage in aerospace and military vehicles. We can develop qualification plans according MIL STD 202, MIL-STD-810 and RTCA/DO-160 standards and conduct qualification tests using locally available test laboratories.

Wiring Harness

Sasmos Het Technologies Pvt Ltd provides a wide range of Wiring Harness assembliesapart from simple cable assemblies as described above. We have proven capability to execute complex designs of wiring harness requiring high number of branches, connections and terminations meeting all the required specifications. Producing complex shapes with close dimensional tolerances including 3D shapes is a speciality we master. Wiring harnesses meeting operating temperature up to 200° C for use on aircraft engines can be produced. With in-house capability to braid with Copper, Stainless Steel, PEEK and Nomex threads we can meet present day requirements of Aerospace and Defense Wiring Harnesses.

The Panel Boxes provided by Sasmos Het Technologies Pvt Ltd are made to customized drawings provided by customer with capability to meet all environmental and functional test specifications. The company’s sourcing capability of various items like mechanical parts, PCB assemblies besides other standard available parts, and rigorous quality planning ensures adherence to Aerospace and defense standards

Electromechanical Assemblies

Established and proven vendor base for sourcing precision machined / fabricated metal components of materials like, Al alloys, SS, Ti etc… A well defined new vendor introduction program makes our sourcing and QA team go through a step by step process that results in First Time Right Electro-mechanical assemblies. The company’s QA Plan ensures that each new material and process used to realize the electro-mechanical assembly is qualified and approved by customer. Few of the projects successfully completed are composite communication panels for Naval applications, Gun Control Unit and Ship Control Units for use on military ship.
