Airborne Presetter for Torpedo

Airborne Presetter is all-electronic unit using MIL grade components. The Airborne Presetter is installed in Fighter Aircraft for presetting different parameters for the torpedo to be launched from the Aircraft. This unit has undergone complete qualification test for usage in the Aircraft.

Portable Presetter for Torpedo

Portable Presetter is a compact all-electronic unit using MIL Grade components housing in FRP all- weather enclosure. The Portable Presetter can be carried around the ship for presetting different parameters from torpedo before it is being launched. This unit has undergone complete qualification test for usage in the Ship.

Auto Pilot Unit for Missiles

Auto pilot is all-electronic unit using MIL Grade Components housed in rigid aluminium casing. This is a vital component used in the Missile which we provide control outputs by sensing pitch, yaw and role parameters. We have provided more than 100 nos which are used in one of the critical missiles by Indian Defence Agency. This unit has undergone complete qualification test for usage in the Missiles.

Temperature Conditioning Unit for Jaguar Aircraft

This has been developed as a replacement for British Aerospace Temperature conditioning Unit. This is used in Jaguar Fighter Aircraft for measurement of Temperature and provides proportional DC output in relating to the Temperature. Thermocouple are used for sensing the temperature and milivolt signal from the Thermocouple is fed to the Temperature conditioning unit which conditions the signal and provide appropriate DC Voltage corresponding the temperature to the electronic data acquisition unit in the Jaguar Fighter Aircraft. This unit has undergone complete qualification test for usage in the Aircraft.

Smart Fatigue Meter for Fight Aircraft

It is very important to measure the fatigue of the Fighter Aircraft in order to assess the service capability of Fighter Aircraft. Different Fatigue levels are specified by various manufacturers in order to determine the time for ground fatigue test. Smart Fatigue Meter will automatically count the number of fatigue cycles undertaken by Aircraft during different sorties to store the data for further analysis. This unit consists of microcontroller unit and Accelera Meter with display and other electronic components. This unit has undergone complete qualification test for usage in the Aircraft.
