HeliCoil Inserts are used for creating stronger internal threads in all metals, composites, Light Metal Alloys . HeliCoil creates longer lasting durable threads, avoids thread over-sizing, increases the possibility of higher torque application in weaker metals, significantly reduces the bolt breaking problems & HeliCoil being made of corrosion resistant stainless steel protects against atmospheric corrosion.

Key Locking Threaded Inserts are solid, one piece, and locking inserts for use in original equipment to create strong internal threads or to repair damaged threads. The Key Thread Insert locking keys provide a positive mechanical lock which prevents rotation due to vibration or torsion. Key Inserts are available in carbon or stainless steel, Self finished or passivated or coated, both in inch and metric series and as Thin walled, Heavy Duty, Extra Heavy Duty designs. Key Insert provide strong, permanent metal threads in virtually any material - ferrous, non-ferrous or non-metallic. Self Tapping Threaded Inserts

The self-tapping threaded inserts are single ended cylindrical metal bushings with an internal and external thread and are specially designed to cut their own threads as they are being driven into a drilled hole. These inserts are produced in standard and thin wall configurations with either a single slot or multiple holes providing the thread cutting features. These are suitable for installation into a range of metals and non-metals. The inserts are generally available in case hardened steel, austentic or ferritic stainless steels, special alloyed steels with a finish type yellow chromated, zinc and passivated types as standard parts and other coatings and platings are available upon request.

Application: This is a self-tapping insert for the creation of wear-free, vibration resistant screw joints with high load capacity in materials which are having low shearing strength.
Special Feature: The thread cutting action is performed by the cutting slots on the Ensat Self Tapping Insert. By tapping its own thread, the Self Tapping Insert eliminates the need for pre-tapped holes.

Dodge Threaded Inserts

Dodge® threaded inserts for plastics are brass screw machine products designed to provide strong metal threads in plastic components. These inserts are produced in standard and thin wall configurations with either a single slot or multiple holes providing the thread cutting features. They are available with various knurl and undercut patterns to suit almost any threaded assembly application in plastic. Dodge® inserts can be installed in a variety of ways including ultrasonic welding, hot or cold press-in, mold-in and self threading. Typical Applications would include Communication, Electronic & Aerospace, and Defense industries.
