Turnkey Project Management Solutions
Broens' professional team of designers and project managers are able to work closely with clients through the early project phases to develop a solution and document an elaborate design. This may involve the production of actual or virtual prototypes and conducting engineering analysis.

Precision Components and Tooling Systems
Broens has gained a formidable reputation for its manufacturing capabilities and attention to quality and customer's needs.

Using the latest technology in the company's state-of-the-art manufacturing plant and machinery, it can deliver efficient, high-end processes to specifications including component machining, press metal tooling and metal stamping. Machining capabilities include wire cutting, water-jet cutting, grinding and approximately 50 CNC multi-axis machining centres including large beds machining centres of length up to 18m and width up to 5.5m. Broens is able to provide its services for one-off and prototyping jobs or high volume production.

Ground Support and Specialist Defence Equipment
Broens has undertaken defence projects for land, sea and air applications, as well as providing manufacturing services to a large number of defence multinational prime contractors. Broens produced aircraft service support equipment such as fuel tank trolleys and helicopter engine handling equipment.

Broens' subsidiary, Static Engineering, design and manufacture cargo loading vehicles, known as "TALU" and "TASLU", since 1970 for military transport aircraft including C130 and C17. In addition to being the only loaders used by the Royal Australian Air Force for that purpose, they are used by numerous defence forces through-out the world including North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Static Engineering produces other ground support equipment and various converted container modules.

Precision Fitting, Fabrication and Assembly
Broens' group assembly and production facilities floor-space is 12,000 m² (Ingleburn, New South Wales) and 10,000 m² (Elizabeth, South Australia). Some of the major precision fitting, fabrication and assembly work conducted by Broens include:

• Quality accredited welding of mild steel, high tensile steel, stainless steel and Aluminium including ballistic grades.
• Brake press (200 Tonne) capable of pressing sheet sizes 5,000mm long.  This press produced materials handling grabs for the steel making and mining industry.
• 600 tonne hydraulic press
• 2 x 700 tonne mechanical press
• Folding, guillotine work (up to 2,400mm long @ 9.5 mm plate thickness), panelling and body work (cabins, caravans, container accommodation).
• The company also undertakes design and manufacturing of precision jigs and fixture assemblies.
• Bevelling, cold saw cutting, water-jet cutting, EDM, wire cutting, plasma cutting and oxy cutting.
